# Hirome > Hirome is an AI social media marketing team for companies of any size, with no big upfront investment. AI agents turn your own materials into on-brand posts, carousels and narrated short videos, publish them on your X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts, and turn the people who respond into scored leads: lead generation without ad spend. You approve. Hirome is made by Tokyo Techies (Tokyo, founded 2017). Page: https://hirome.ai/en ## Social media that widens your network. AI agents keep your social channels active every day, so your network keeps growing. The people you reach become leads and sales conversations, without ad spend. You decide three things. - What the brand stands for - What gets approved - Which leads go to sales ## Social media stalls for lack of people, not motivation. Consistent social media takes six jobs, every day. Without a dedicated marketer, it was always going to stall. - We decide to post every day. It lasts three days. → Posts keep filling the schedule. You approve on your phone, in about ten minutes a day. - We paused the ads, and the inquiries paused too. → No ads to rent: followers and a lead list build up as an asset you own. - A social media agency costs ¥50,000 to ¥300,000+ a month, and still doesn't get our product. → Your brand is written from your own materials, and every AI agent follows it. - We know short video works. Nobody here can edit it. → One sentence in, a narrated short video out, in your style every time. - AI copy sounds like everyone else's, and the numbers are made up. → No number goes out without a source. Japanese is written natively, never translated. - We get likes. We can't tell who's an actual lead. → Everyone who engages is scored, and the warm ones land on your lead board. ### Why social media marketing, why now - ¥1.3067T: Social ad spend in Japan in 2025, up 18.7% (Dentsu, Advertising Expenditures in Japan 2025) - 44%: of Japanese firms with 10 to 299 staff have no dedicated marketer (PLAN-B via PR TIMES (2026, n=200)) - 20.4%: of Japanese SMEs use AI; 83.3% say they lack case studies (SMRJ AI survey (2026, n=1,647)) - $164 vs $310: Organic vs paid cost per lead in B2B SaaS (First Page Sage (2025, US data)) ## From a new connection to a sales conversation. Lead generation without ad spend. One AI agent per channel finds the conversations worth joining and prepares your likes, follows and replies. You approve each one, and it goes out from your own account. Everyone who responds is scored, and the warmest reach your lead board first. - Noticed: Saw a post or video - Engaged: Liked, commented or followed - Warm: Came back, and the industry fits - Lead: A good fit showing intent - Meeting: Your team takes over - A follow or a click alone never counts as a lead. ## Six daily jobs. One engine. - Planner: Builds the month's calendar from each format's schedule - Writer: Drafts a post from one sentence in about 3.7 seconds - Designer: Infographic cards and carousels in your colours and fonts - Video editor: Narrated short videos and full videos up to 3 minutes - Community manager: Finds relevant posts and people, and prepares likes, follows, replies and DMs for you to approve - Sales assistant: Scores everyone who engages and fills the lead board People keep three jobs. - The brand: What it stands for, and what it never says. - Approval: Every like, follow, reply and DM. Every post too, unless you auto-approve its format. - Sales: Which leads get a conversation. ## Four steps. The engine prepares, you decide. 1. Define your brand: Hand over your materials and URL. AI drafts your voice, audience and the numbers you may use. 2. Create: Posts, carousels and narrated videos. Even video editing takes one sentence of direction. 3. Publish: What you approve goes out on schedule to X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. 4. Engage organically: The agent finds relevant posts and people and prepares likes, follows and replies. You approve each one. Everyone who responds is scored and handed to you as a lead. ## One idea, written the way each network expects. No copy-paste across networks. Length, structure and tone are rewritten for each one, and everything you approve goes out from your own accounts. - X (Live): Speed and conversation. One sharp line stops the scroll; replies build the relationship. Posts and image cards, Finds relevant posts to like and reply to, Drafts quotes with your own take, Suggests accounts worth following - Instagram (Live): Saved, shared information. Carousels and vertical video people come back to. Carousels and vertical video, Drafts replies to comments, Finds relevant posts to like - Linkedin (Live): Where decision-makers read. Your company Page, with an industry point of view. Posts as your company Page, Short videos to the Page too, Drafts comments on industry posts, with a view - Youtube (Live): Search that keeps working. Short videos get you found; full videos go deep. Publishes short videos, Full videos up to 3 minutes, Japanese narration and captions - Tiktok (Early access): Discovery beyond your followers. The same Shorts, captioned for TikTok. Publishes your approved Shorts, Captions and hashtags written for TikTok, Private drafts you publish from the app, until TikTok approves our app - Facebook (Live): Local community and existing customers. The key point, on one card. Image cards and posts, Drafts replies to comments, Finds relevant posts to like - Threads (Early access): Casual conversation. Short videos and light posts that feel approachable. Publishes short videos, Engagement suggestions in early access - TikTok is in early access: until TikTok approves our app, your Shorts arrive there as private drafts you publish from the TikTok app. LINE is on the roadmap, in the order early-access customers ask for it. ## We proved it on our own product first. Kotae is Tokyo Techies' AI chatbot for Japanese SMEs. Since September 2026, Hirome has run its social media marketing end to end, in Japanese. Every post, carousel and narrated video was made by the engine. - 20+ net new X followers a day in the first week (Daily average net gain, Sep 17–24, 2026.) - 22: Narrated short videos produced (As of Oct 2, 2026) - 12: Carousels produced (As of Oct 2, 2026) - 8: Infographic card designs produced (As of Oct 2, 2026) Followers prove reach, not leads. Kotae's lead pipeline started at the end of September 2026, and we'll publish a lead number once a full month exists. Kotae is our own product, not an independent reference. ## Every format in a few taps. The final say is yours. Describe your style once, and AI drafts every Short, carousel, full video and infographic card in it. Then change anything in a few taps, or just ask AI: captions, stickers, colour, language and voice. On PC or on your phone, nothing goes out until you decide. - Your style, every time: The look lives in a template and the words in a script, so every new video comes out in your style. - Ask AI in plain words: Type what you want changed. The look, colour, music, images or voice change together, and you check the result. - Another language in one tap: Captions and narration are rewritten together. The look, timing and photos stay as you set them. - Tap, don't scrub a timeline: Tap to change, drag to move or reorder, undo anything. No layers or keyframes to learn. The scene editor, caption styles, music, photo swap and language versions are all in the dashboard today, alongside AI creation and full videos. ## Every number is checked against your sources. Brand rules are enforced in code, not left to an AI's memory. A number with no source in your registry never makes it into a video or image card. - Evidence gate: An unsourced number never appears in a video or image card. - Brand gate: Banned phrases and unapproved client names are stopped before approval. - Native Japanese: Written in Japanese from the start, in a polite business register. ## Beyond the agency, the ads, the tools and the evenings. - Paid ads: Per click or impression / Reach while you pay / Nothing compounds. Clicks aren't leads. - Social media agency: ¥50,000 to ¥300,000+ / People who do the work / Costly, an outsider's view, video extra. - Point tools: A subscription per tool / Scheduler, AI writer, design tool / You join it up. No narrated video, no fact checks. - Do it yourself: Your team's evenings / Authenticity / Stops the first busy week. - Hirome: A plan plus credits (pricing TBD) / The whole social media workflow, with you approving / LINE still on the roadmap. Threads and TikTok in early access. Agency fees: BOXIL and Lancers, checked October 2026. Categories, not vendors. ## Automated work. Your judgment. - Human in the loop: Review, approve and schedule every like, follow, reply and DM. - Daily limits you set: Small, deliberate volumes. No bulk actions. - Warnings stop the agent: Paused, alerted, reviewed. - No stuck agents: A stalled agent restarts itself. - Activity log: Every change, who and when. - No password typing: You sign in, once. - No spam, ever: No bought followers, fake accounts or mass DMs. - Every brand separate: Facts, accounts and leads never mix. ## For any company that knows what it sells. From a founder doing marketing alone to a full marketing department. There is no big investment and no new hire to start, so even a small team has a marketing team at its fingertips from day one. Works best with: - A well-defined product or service - A deck, product sheets or web pages - Customers who start with an inquiry - Someone who approves, one person or a whole team - Agencies and consultancies: Many client brands in one installation, fully separate, one review routine. - Brands that lift each other (Early access): A company and its product, a founder and the company, two partners. Pick the brands you support, and your agents suggest their posts to like or comment on with your take. You approve each one. No data is shared. Not for: - Businesses without a defined offer - Bought followers, engagement bait or spam DMs - Fully autonomous, no-human marketing ## Two parts: the features you need, and credits for the AI work. Choose a plan for its feature set. Every plan includes prepaid monthly credits for the AI work, and when they run out you simply continue on pay as you go. - Starter: 1 brand, 1 channel agent, Publish to every live channel - Growth: 1 brand, 4 channel agents, Publish to every live channel - Agency: 5 brands, 12 channel agents, Publish to every live channel, Credits shared across brands What uses credits: - AI writing and thinking: Drafting posts, scripts and replies, translating, AI Revise. Measured by the AI tokens each request uses. - Video and image rendering: Every Short, full video, carousel and card rendered, including re-renders after your edits. - Browser agent time: Time an agent works in your channels' browser session: publishing, and carrying out the likes, follows and replies you approve. - Scheduled job runs: Each run of a scheduled job counts. The more often you schedule work, the more credits it uses. - Every plan: content review, calendar, notifications, evidence and brand gates, lead board and scoring, lead magnets, brand edits and the dashboard assistant (fair use). - Prices and credit amounts are not decided yet. We will publish them before general launch. ## What isn't here yet. - LINE: In the order early-access customers ask. - Direct CRM sync: Today: spreadsheet export. - Weekly lead report: Per customer, every week. - Cross-brand report: What brands lifting each other achieved, in one view. - Read a website address: Today: pages added as PDFs. - Vietnamese short videos: Verified with real users first. ## Honest answers ### How is this different from a social media agency? An agency is people doing the work, typically ¥50,000 to ¥300,000+ a month in Japan (BOXIL, Lancers). In Hirome, AI agents trained on your own materials do the daily work, and your team focuses on approving and talking to leads. You pay for a plan and use credits for the AI work. ### Will my social accounts get banned? The risk is never zero, and we won't pretend it is. Hirome is built to stay inside each platform's rules: a person on your team approves every like, follow, reply and DM before it happens, and every post unless you auto-approve its format; it never runs follow-for-follow, bulk following, fake accounts or spam DMs; everything goes out from your own accounts, under your name; and any platform warning pauses that channel until a person reviews it. ### Will the AI say something wrong about my company? Your brand rules, banned phrases and fact registry are enforced in code. A number that isn't in your registry cannot appear in a video or image card. Nothing in a format you haven't set to auto approve is published without your approval. ### Does it replace my marketing staff? No. It gives them a team of AI agents. Your people decide the strategy, approve the content and talk to the leads. ### Is the Japanese natural? Japanese copy is written natively in a polite business register and checked against your voice rules; it is never machine-translated. We recommend keeping video review on: listening is the only check that catches a mispronounced name. ### Do I need IT skills? No. You upload materials, read and approve. Channel sign-in happens once, inside the dashboard. ### How much time does it take each day? About ten minutes a day on your phone to approve or revise, and about thirty minutes a week to read the growth review and move qualified leads to sales. ### Who sees my data? Each brand's data is separate, and leads stay in your brand. AI models receive the content they need to write, never your channel passwords. ### Which channels are supported? Publishing and engagement: X, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. YouTube: short videos and full videos. Threads and TikTok: early access (on TikTok, Shorts arrive as private drafts you publish from the app until TikTok approves our app). Roadmap: LINE. ### Does it write in English? Japanese comes first. English is written natively when you ask, for example for LinkedIn. The engine never auto-generates English versions of Japanese posts. ### How fast can we start? In early access, the target is your first approved post within 30 minutes of your first session. ### How much does it cost? Prices aren't decided yet. Each plan has two parts: a feature set, and prepaid monthly credits for the AI work (AI tokens, video and image rendering, browser agent time and scheduled job runs). When the credits run out, you continue on pay as you go. Leads, brand edits and the dashboard assistant are included in every plan. Early access comes with free credits. ## Links - [Widen your network.](https://hirome.ai/en#access) - [Build log](https://hirome.ai/en/build-log) - [Privacy Policy](https://hirome.ai/en/privacy) - [Terms of Service](https://hirome.ai/en/terms) - [Tokyo Techies](https://www.tokyotechies.com/)
